Please join us for a joint CALM and PALMCOP workshop to learn about making phase boxes for archival materials. Led by James Davis, Book Conservator at the Charleston Library Society, we will use acid free cardstock, bookbinder's PVA, and a scalpel to quickly construct custom storage boxes for books, maps, documents, photographs etc. All materials will be provided, but please feel free to bring an item (book preferred) that is of reasonable size. Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a little glue on. We look forward to seeing you there.
